More than 20 journalism and media graduates returned to Sheffield Hallam University last week to give job advice to current students.
The Grad Talk 2014 was organised by journalism lecturer Philo Holland to give third year students an opportunity to hear first hand how to use their degree and experience to gain employment.
The returning graduates had gone on to work in a variety of sectors including newspaper journalism, radio, TV, public relations, digital marketing, social media and recruitment.
The event was attended by more than a hundred current journalism and media students who networked with the graduates after hearing their advice.
